Our paths through life cross all the time. At times we will walk parts of it with someone else, at times we will find someone lost and help them get back on their feet, at times we get lost ourselves and let others help us get back on our feet. This is yoga for me: embarking on our own personal journey in life, sharing our journeys with each other, walking parts of it together and parts of it alone. Yoga for me is about creating spaces and providing the needed tools so that each one of us can thrive in his or her own unique way.
Yoga (asana) and meditation have over the years become one of the most important tools in my life to come home to myself and help me stay on the path that is mine. Finding our own unique path in life and developing the tools we need to walk it and find our way back to it again and again, is what yoga means for me.
Both asana and meditation are tools that can help us all to stay connected to that inner compass and develop the mental, physical and spiritual strength needed to walk our path.
I’m here to offer you these tools.

I practice and teach alignment based yoga. I graduated from the 200 hour Purna Yoga teacher training which covered the foundational aspects of Purna Yoga: Nutrition & Lifestyle, Heartfull Meditation, Asana and Pranayama and Applied Philosophy. Purna Yoga was created by Aadil Palkhivala and Savitri based on the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother as well as B.K.S. Iyengar.
My teaching involves a short meditation, cultivating strength and creating space in the body through asana, strengthening and calming the nervous system and tapping into and nurturing our own inner source of peace, joy and empowerment.
